Return & Refund Policy

At VLINDER, many of the items are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the time, labor, and materials involved,  the following return and refund policy will be maintained.

Handmade Crochet Items

All crochet items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect*. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, stitching, or sizing may occur and are not considered defects.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved refunds for handmade items may be partial refunds to cover labor, materials, and processing costs.

*Please review all customization details, sizing, and uploaded color choices carefully before placing your order. Use the notes section to specify color orientation. 

Graphic T-Shirts (Custom and non-custom)

Non-custom apparel may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

By submitting artwork or images, customers acknowledge that low-quality, blurry, pixelated, or cropped uploads may affect the final print result. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues caused by low-quality uploads provided by the customer.

Custom Tumblers

Custom metal and glass tumblers are made using customer-provided designs, photos, and artwork. Print quality depends heavily on the quality and resolution of uploaded files.

By submitting artwork or images, customers acknowledge that low-quality, blurry, pixelated, or cropped uploads may affect the final print result. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues caused by low-quality uploads provided by the customer.

Tumblers include:

• 1 tumbler
• 1 straw
• Protective packaging/box

Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom tumbler sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized items
• Crochet items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn or washed items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
